Responsibilities
. Handle client enquiries via phone, email and live chat
. Assist with enquiries relating to products, accounts and trading matters
. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
. Support product sales referrals and customer service initiatives
. Participate in projects to improve workflows and customer experience
. Support new and existing campaigns and initiatives
. Coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign implementation
. Assist with campaign performance reporting and evaluation
. Perform ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Requirements
. Good communication and customer service skills
. Comfortable handling enquiries via phone, email and live chat
. Customer-oriented and able to communicate professionally with clients
. Able to work effectively with different internal stakeholders
. Organised and comfortable handling administrative tasks
