Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telephone Customer Service Representative located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support over the phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, and resolving issues effectively. Daily tasks include managing customer interactions, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services, and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills
• Ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
• Excellent Phone Etiquette
• Proficient in communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset

Salary Range: 15,000,000 18,000,000 VND/month
