The Role
This position will be a member of the Engineering / Building team responsible for maintaining, repairing and servicing building engineering services.
Job Responsibilities
- Play a hands-on role in maintenance of ACMV, plumbing & sanitary systems, amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling and floor finishing of properties.
- Involved in the inspection of contractors works, tenants fit-out and reinstatement works and assisting in handling of tenants requests or feedback.
- Generate defect inspection reports.
- Schedule preventive maintenance and corrective work orders using the Facilities Management System.
Job Requirements
- Higher / NITEC in Facility Technology (Mechanical & Electrical Services), Facility Management or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experiences in building management and Mechanical and Electrical systems.
- Possess experience in painting, masonry, carpentry and ironmongery works will have an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, the ability to handle difficult situations and works well in a fast-paced environment.
- Required to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
