Own and operate finance process such as (but not limited to) accounts payable, accounts receivable and T&E.
Majority of the work will be around account payables and T&E, including invoice/claim processing, validation, reconciliation, issue resolution, hardcopy archiving.
Drive process improvement and be part of new system implementation.
Ensure good internal controls are in place including compliance to the group's SOP, policies & local tax regulations.
Ensure Service Level Agreement's (SLA) requirements are met for our stakeholders, with periodic result reporting for further process improvement.
Provide support to ad-hoc tasks
Job Requirements:
Degree in Accountant or Finance
1 - 3 years of experience in AR/AP/ T&E/Finance or related position
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
Good communication skills, fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
