Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical & IT Troubleshooting & Repair:
- Identify and solve complex mechanical & IT issues in sewing equipments and related equipments.
- Perform on-site repairs and maintenance and software supports as required.
- Customer Site Visits:
- Frequently visit customer locations to provide hands-on support and ensure proper machine functioning.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent technical service.
- Training & Knowledge Sharing:
- Provide training sessions for new employees and customers on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Ensure users are confident and capable in handling Jack's equipment.
- Technical Support & Feedback:
- Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests.
- Provide feedback to the product and R&D teams to improve machine performance and user experience.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain records of service visits, customer feedback, and technical issues.
- Report daily/weekly activities to the supervisor
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of industrial sewing machines and mechanical systems.
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and training ability.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer support.
