Job Description

Language Requirement: Chinese

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mechanical & IT Troubleshooting & Repair:
  • Identify and solve complex mechanical & IT issues in sewing equipments and related equipments.
  • Perform on-site repairs and maintenance and software supports as required.
  1. Customer Site Visits:
  • Frequently visit customer locations to provide hands-on support and ensure proper machine functioning.
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent technical service.
  1. Training & Knowledge Sharing:
  • Provide training sessions for new employees and customers on machine operation, maintenance, and best practices.
  • Ensure users are confident and capable in handling Jack's equipment.
  1. Technical Support & Feedback:
  • Act as a key point of contact for technical inquiries and support requests.
  • Provide feedback to the product and R&D teams to improve machine performance and user experience.
  1. Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain records of service visits, customer feedback, and technical issues.
  • Report daily/weekly activities to the supervisor

Required Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of industrial sewing machines and mechanical systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Excellent communication and training ability.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer support.
