Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid Technical Services Manager position based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The Technical Services Manager will manage and provide technical support to clients, address and resolve technical issues, and ensure smooth operation of systems and processes. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, oversee customer training programs, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. Collaboration with various teams to improve operational efficiency and meet business objectives is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Technical Services and Technical Support with a strong understanding of system operations
  • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Customer Service skills to ensure excellent client communication and satisfaction
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective Training programs
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and team management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience in the livestock or agricultural sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Veterinary medicines or related major.
