Key Responsibilities:
Product Development & Management
- Coordinate with functional teams to develop or improve product features and function.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to suggest product improvements.
- Track product performance metrics and generate regular reports.
Policy & process Management
- Design and improve Policy and Operational process
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Well coordination with functional teams to control the service quality and business operating
- Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend improvements.
Other tasks assigned by Manager
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in banking industry, preferably experience in finance companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of credit card products and market.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Basics work with Microsoft Office tool
