1. Role Description
Customer Development & Sales
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with manufacturing clients
- Target companies with needs in automation, robotics, AI, and machine vision
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve assigned targets
Technical Consulting & Solution Selling
- Work directly with customers to analyze production processes and identify technical challenges
- Propose suitable automation and technology solutions to improve productivity, optimize costs, and enhance product quality
- Conduct on-site surveys at factories to identify improvement opportunities
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to develop comprehensive solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, including technical concepts and project scope
- Support project implementation and ensure customer satisfaction
Market Research
- Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities
2. Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or engineers in Electrical & Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related technical fields, with a strong interest in pursuing a career in technical sales
- Experience in Technical Sales, Sales Engineering, or Consulting Engineering is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic English communication skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented
- A valid driver's license (B2) is a plus
- Available to start as soon as possible

- Base salary: 10–15 million VND/month + attractive sales commission
