Role Overview
The Growth Operations Executive plays a critical role in operationalizing and scaling Growtrics marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of data, systems, and growth, ensuring that all marketing workflows run seamlessly and that every initiative is measurable, optimized, and directly tied to revenue.
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our CRM and marketing automation systems, managing referral and influencer programmes, executing lifecycle email campaigns, and generating insights from content and social media performance. Key Responsibilities
1. CRM & Lifecycle Data Operations
- Maintain and standardize customer attributes across HubSpot and Customer.io, including webinar, lifecycle, and revenue-related properties.
- Ensure accurate and reliable data synchronization between HubSpot, Customer.io, Zoom, and internal systems.
- Design and manage AI-enabled automation workflows to streamline segmentation, campaign triggers, and reporting.
- Monitor data hygiene, resolve discrepancies, and maintain a single source of truth for customer insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track top-line and bottom-line revenue performance.
2. Affiliate & Referral Programme Management
- Operate and optimize Growtrics affiliate and referral programmes to drive scalable, cost-efficient growth.
- Ensure seamless workflow execution, including referral tracking, attribution, reward fulfillment, and fraud prevention.
- Analyze the referral funnel to identify drop-offs and recommend optimization strategies.
- Manage affiliate-related communications and lifecycle journeys through Customer.io.
3. Email Marketing & Lifecycle Automation
- Own the end-to-end execution of lifecycle email campaigns, including webinars, referrals, product launches, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain audience segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve results.
- Ensure timely and accurate deployment of all communications.
4. Content & Social Media Operations
- Track and maintain performance data across all social media and content initiatives.
- Support the integration of content performance data into internal systems for attribution analysis.
- Analyze metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions to generate actionable insights.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve content strategy and campaign effectiveness.
5. KOL Programme Management
- Identify, evaluate, and outreach to relevant Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers in the education and parenting space.
- Manage end-to-end influencer partnerships, including onboarding, briefing, and campaign execution.
- Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
- Build long-term relationships with partners to strengthen brand credibility and acquisition.
6. AI Workflow Automation & Innovation
- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven workflows to automate processes across:
- CRM and lifecycle data operations (HubSpot and Customer.io)
- Content creation and distribution
- Email marketing and segmentation
- Affiliate and KOL programme management
- Identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks using AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, OpenAI, or similar technologies).
- Develop prompt frameworks and standardized processes to ensure consistent and scalable AI outputs.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new AI technologies to enhance operational efficiency and growth performance.
- Document AI workflows and best practices to enable scalability and knowledge transfer.
Who We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth, CRM, or Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Customer.io (or similar marketing automation platforms).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Experience managing or supporting affiliate, referral, or influencer programmes.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
- Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data visualization tools.

Salary
