Talent Acquisition (Tech Focus)
- Partner closely with hiring managers (Engineering, Data, Product, IT) to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements
- Develop clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with our technology stack and business priorities
- Proactively source high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, niche tech communities, and referral networks
- Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate capabilities in areas such as:
- Data engineering & analytics
- Healthcare/lab systems (LIS/LIMS)
- Backend / system integration
- Cloud and infrastructure
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a strong candidate experience
- Coordinate and facilitate interviews (virtual and onsite), ensuring alignment across stakeholders
- Maintain structured tracking of candidates and pipeline health using ATS and reporting tools
- Perform reference checks and support offer management, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Continuously improve hiring processes, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or agency (experience in healthcare, healthtech, or data-driven environments is a strong advantage)
- Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Data Engineers, Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Tech roles)
- Strong understanding of technical concepts including:
- Data engineering (ETL pipelines, data warehousing)
- Software development lifecycle
- APIs, system integration, and cloud platforms
- Exposure to healthcare systems (LIS/LIMS) is a plus
- Advanced sourcing capability, including passive talent mapping and market intelligence
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence hiring decisions and push back when needed
- Ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving environment with ambiguity
- High ownership, strong execution, and attention to detail
- Fluent in English
