We are looking for a Tech Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to partner closely with business and tech leaders to build strong engineering and data teams.

Talent Acquisition (Tech Focus)

  • Partner closely with hiring managers (Engineering, Data, Product, IT) to understand hiring needs, workforce planning, and role requirements
  • Develop clear, compelling job descriptions aligned with our technology stack and business priorities
  • Proactively source high-quality candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, niche tech communities, and referral networks
  • Conduct initial technical screenings to assess candidate capabilities in areas such as:
  • Data engineering & analytics
  • Healthcare/lab systems (LIS/LIMS)
  • Backend / system integration
  • Cloud and infrastructure
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a strong candidate experience
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews (virtual and onsite), ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Maintain structured tracking of candidates and pipeline health using ATS and reporting tools
  • Perform reference checks and support offer management, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, either in-house or agency (experience in healthcare, healthtech, or data-driven environments is a strong advantage)
  • Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (e.g., Data Engineers, Software Engineers, DevOps, Product Tech roles)
  • Strong understanding of technical concepts including:
  • Data engineering (ETL pipelines, data warehousing)
  • Software development lifecycle
  • APIs, system integration, and cloud platforms
  • Exposure to healthcare systems (LIS/LIMS) is a plus
  • Advanced sourcing capability, including passive talent mapping and market intelligence
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence hiring decisions and push back when needed
  • Ability to operate in a fast-growing, evolving environment with ambiguity
  • High ownership, strong execution, and attention to detail
  • Fluent in English
