Job Overview:
As a Technical Project Manager at Tredence, you will lead and coordinate complex analytics projects within the retail domain, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with business goals. Success in this role means driving projects from concept through completion while facilitating collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in bridging domain expertise and technical execution to maximize client impact. This role is central to advancing Tredence's mission of bringing actionable AI-driven insights to the forefront of retail decision-making.

What will your role look like
- Lead end-to-end project management efforts for retail analytics initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and client stakeholders, to clarify project requirements and coordinate resources.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues proactively while communicating project status and changes to all relevant parties.
- Drive adoption of domain-specific best practices and ensure solutions are tightly aligned with retail business needs.
- Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and review sessions in agile project environments.
- Monitor project health metrics and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and quality.

You will need:
- Demonstrate strong domain specialization in the retail industry, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities it presents.
- Possess 7-12 years of relevant work experience, including hands-on technical project management in analytics or data-driven environments.
- Hold a BE/BTech degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Exhibit excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business leaders.
- Apply proven skills in project planning, scheduling, and risk management using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Good to Have Skills:
- Gain experience working in hybrid or agile software development environments.
- Develop certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Practitioner to enhance project management capabilities.
- Acquire familiarity with analytics platforms, data science workflows, and basic software engineering concepts.
- Expand knowledge of AI or machine learning frameworks specific to retail applications.
- Cultivate the ability to mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within project teams.
