Job Description
- Manages assigned projects, ensuring adherence to schedule and scope.
- Develops and maintains project proposals, defining objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, timelines, risks, and staffing requirements. Revises proposals as needed.
- Sets and tracks project milestones, proactively managing unforeseen delays and realigning schedules and expectations as necessary.
- Develops and implements project communication plans, providing regular status updates to staff and stakeholders.
- Ensures quality control throughout the project lifecycle, coordinating team efforts and driving progress toward established milestones.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience in a project manager or team leadership role on software development projects.
- Strong technical background in software development (preferably with experience in C#/ASP.NET/.NET Core).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS and cloud-native development is a plus.
- Experience working with global clients (US,)
- Proven ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones on time.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, including experience in performance management and mentoring.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
