Job Overview And Responsibility
As a Technical Project Manager, youll primarily drive the delivery of a development team.
- Ensure on-time and in-scope delivery for assigned projects through planning, execution and progress monitoring.
- Manage and build up a cross-functional team of Game Designers, Developers, Artists, Tester,...
- Manage partnerships and collaboration with other development leaders.
Must-have Skills And Experience
- +5 years of experience in Software development (Outsource) as Technical Project manager, nice to have Game development experience.
- Technical ability and knowledge of developing languages such as Java, NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, or C++.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Architecture.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the overall departmental function.
- Strong delivery processing skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Experience operating within Agile and waterfall environments.
- Extensive background in development and delivering technical-complex projects throughout the lifecycle.
Soft skills and attributes:
- Excellent English, all-round communicator.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical issues.
- Ability to deal with multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
Prefer If Candidate Have
- Knowledge or experience in Game UX.
- Experience with startup companies and/or Game companies.
