Lead local technical nutrition, formulation & Biofarm to execute technical application, strategic feeding, Biofarm model in application by provide instruction, training to Biofarm team, salesforce to ensure providing value & the world class technical service/solution to customers. He/she is Representative as Biomar technical & nutrition expert to present & work with customers, large farm for nutrition feeding strategy & value selling.
This role together with marketing will bring local insight and connect to global, regional Technical, Nutrition, R&D for product development, new technical service innovation & execute daily formulation application.
Balance and review the whole COGS before submit to the system, based on understanding ingredient market and customer business, application of all formulation tools, and material cost administration.
Support to meet the shared sales volume and sales margin based on covered territory/channel & win customers
The key responsibilities of the position will include but will not be limited to:
Nutrition Application
Provide guidance to Technical Professionals to ensure flawless execution of detailed plan to support sales activities.
Be the expert in competitive landscape and available solution offerings and knows what is required to successfully operate in the respective market/industry/segment.
Be the consultant for overall farm management and support analysis and continuous improvement of farm performance
Build & Execute strategic feeding program in alignment with product value proposition to ensure Biofarm & sales are well trained & apply for farmers to reach product performance objective FCR, ADG, Feed cost..
Customer Focused & Service deployment
Coach Commercial Professionals and takes lead and participate when appropriate to effectively understand customers strategic goals, needs and challenges in farm technical & feed performance to meet customer service expectation.
Directly maintain and pursues relationships with selected strategic customers and prioritize customers . Promote cross functions collaboration to enhance and influence sales performance. Lead customer/farmer seminar, farm tour
Biofarm
Lead & train Biofarm team to ensure the flawless execution in collaboration with sale team to help farmers success
Design & drive Biofarm model & Offers to ensure the loyalty of key farm ambassador
Champion in POP collection and analysis to support sales & raising product performance improvement with relevant function & global technical.
Master file & Formulation
Align with technical lead on the creation and redesign new formulas using full knowledge and aligned to agreed product matrixes using cost formulation Allix software for all production runs in the factory and balance sufficient technical constraints, cost of formulation and raw material use accordingly.
Being a formulator himself, changes to Master Files can be done with the consent of the administration of the master file. makes sure that Master Files are applied on recipes. Support introduction of new raw material. bridging with R&D production and Marketing.
Product & Business Development
Closer to market, farmer to demonstrate deep knowledge of the marketplace , competitors and the commercial acumen to recognize and identify trends, patterns and key issues to identify business opportunities and execute on them with excellence
Proactive understand market intelligences to provide context and conceptual for new product, new species development & active participate in product board.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in scientific: animal nutrient; chemistry; biology; food technology. Good experience in aqua feed industry and additives & have experience in shrimp farming, shrimp health.

Market sense.
Good communication skills both written and verbal, negotiation skill (external and internal)
Collaborative approach to problem solving
At least 5 years related experience.
Fluent Vietnamense and English
Prior experience and knowledge on shrimp/fish health and nutrient; feed/ food additives; Quality system
Prior experience managing multiple projects
Prior experience system skills/ Formulation software; big data tool and analyst
