About the Role

Are you passionate about applying AI to real-world manufacturing challenges Join Thanh Cong Textile (TCM) a leading vertical production in Vietnam as we push the boundaries of Industry 4.0. We&aposre looking for an AI Engineer Lead/Manager to develop and deploy machine learning solutions that drive production efficiency, smart planning, defect detection, and workforce analytics.

Youll work closely with leadership and factory teams to turn operational data into action using WFX ERP, Power BI, and cutting-edge AI/ML tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI strategy aligned with digital transformation and ERP WFX
• Build ML models for forecasting, defect detection, KPI analytics, and more
• Integrate models into real-time dashboards and factory operations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, HR, IT, and C-suite
• Lead or mentor a small AI/data team and work with external vendors

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, AI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years in AI/ML (preferably in manufacturing)
• Good teamwork & strong leadership
• Strong in Python, SQL, Power BI, Azure ML,...
• Experience working with SAP ERP/ ERP WFX
• Fluent in English communication
• Prefer local people
