About The Role
- We are looking for a Technical Intern, Cloud Applications & Automation Engineer to support our IT team in improving and automating internal systems and workflows.
- In this role, you will work with modern cloud platforms and enterprise tools such as identity management systems, collaboration platforms, and workflow automation tools.
- You will gain hands-on experience in building simple automations, supporting internal users, and improving operational efficiency across business applications.
What You'll Achieve
- Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows for internal IT processes
- Support administration of cloud applications used across the organization
- Help analyze manual processes and identify automation opportunities
- Participate in small automation or integration projects
- Document workflows, configurations, and internal procedures
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot application issues
- Learn how enterprise tools such as identity platforms, SaaS applications, and APIs work together
About You
- Interest in cloud applications, automation, or IT operations
- Basic understanding of APIs, scripting, or automation tools is a plus
- Familiarity with collaboration or productivity platforms (Atlassian products, Microsoft 365, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Good communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn about AI and Automation
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and good documentation habits
- Basic knowledge of programming, scripting, or system administration is a plus
Education
- Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems as a 3rd or 4th year student with strong academic record or a related field
