About The Role

  • We are looking for a Technical Intern, Cloud Applications & Automation Engineer to support our IT team in improving and automating internal systems and workflows.
  • In this role, you will work with modern cloud platforms and enterprise tools such as identity management systems, collaboration platforms, and workflow automation tools.
  • You will gain hands-on experience in building simple automations, supporting internal users, and improving operational efficiency across business applications.

What You'll Achieve

  • Assist in building and maintaining automation workflows for internal IT processes
  • Support administration of cloud applications used across the organization
  • Help analyze manual processes and identify automation opportunities
  • Participate in small automation or integration projects
  • Document workflows, configurations, and internal procedures
  • Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot application issues
  • Learn how enterprise tools such as identity platforms, SaaS applications, and APIs work together

About You

  • Interest in cloud applications, automation, or IT operations
  • Basic understanding of APIs, scripting, or automation tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with collaboration or productivity platforms (Atlassian products, Microsoft 365, etc.)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Willingness to learn about AI and Automation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Attention to detail and good documentation habits
  • Basic knowledge of programming, scripting, or system administration is a plus

Education

  • Candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems as a 3rd or 4th year student with strong academic record or a related field
