SQL Developer

Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, and scripts for data migration and transformation.

Perform analysis, extraction, cleansing, and loading of data across multiple systems.

Develop and maintain shell scripts to support automation and batch processing.

Work with job schedulers such as Control‑M (or equivalent) to manage and monitor batch jobs.

Handle flat file processing, lookup table creation, and data validation tasks.

Ensure compliance with data privacy, security regulations, and Prod/Non‑Prod data segregation—especially in banking or financial environments.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support application enhancements and production stability.

Leverage knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS preferred) to support modernization efforts.

Your Skills and Experience

Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL development and data migration.

Proficiency in UNIX/Linux shell scripting.

Experience working with Control‑M or similar batch job schedulers.

Solid understanding of flat file handling, lookup tables, and batch processing frameworks.

Knowledge of data privacy standards, secure data handling, and environment controls (Prod vs Non‑Prod).

Exposure to AWS or other cloud ecosystems is an advantage.
