About Agros
Agros is a pioneer in clean irrigation technologies, empowering smallholder farmers across Southeast Asia to grow profitably and sustainably. Headquartered in Singapore, we operate in Myanmar, Cambodia, and Indonesia, working directly with more than 7,000 farmers. In 2025, we are expanding into Vietnam to support local farmers with innovative, affordable solar-powered water pumping solutions.
Our vision is a world where smallholder farmers can feed the planet in a sustainable way. By replacing costly and polluting fossil fuelbased irrigation with solar solutions, Agros helps farmers reduce input costs, improve productivity, and build resilience against climate risks.
Agros solutions include high-quality solar pumps, financing schemes such as Pay After Harvest, and after-sales services that ensure long-term reliability. We also collaborate with governments, NGOs, distributors, and financial institutions to scale impact cost-effectively.
With a dynamic team of 100+ people across three countries and backing from leading impact investors, Agros is at the forefront of building a farmer-first, solution-oriented, and sustainability-driven agri-tech ecosystem in Southeast Asia.
