Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

We are now seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical team in Vietnam. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our customers receive excellent support for our renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Sales: Provide technical responses and documentation for sales inquiries.
- Project Proposal and Solution Design:
- Evaluate whether products meet customer requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Training:
- Conduct training sessions and customize training content based on regional customer needs.
- After-Sales Support and Issue Resolution:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, or on-site when necessary.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to our products.
- Coordinate with internal technical and engineering teams to resolve complex problems.
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and technical materials.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and problem-solving.
- Report common issues and customer feedback to the product and R&D teams for improvements.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Vietnamese; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus.
- At least 1 years of experience in technical support, electrical engineering, or a related field.
- Able to travel locally with a valid driving license.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset.
