Technical Delivery Manager (OpenText / FileNet)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) with a strong background in banking and financial services to lead technical delivery across enterprise and compliance-related projects.

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in technical delivery with recent hands-on delivery experience, and a strong understanding of banking compliance processes such as AML, KYC, and related regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of enterprise applications and banking projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Work closely with business, technology, compliance, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support banking and regulatory initiatives involving AML, KYC, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate technical teams and ensure solutions are delivered according to business and technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical delivery risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management.

Key Requirements

• 10–15 years of overall IT experience, with strong experience in technical delivery.
• Strong knowledge of banking compliance and regulatory processes, particularly AML, KYC, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with OpenText or FileNet.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project delivery skills.
• Ability to work effectively across business, technical, compliance, and vendor teams.
