Technical Architect - J2EE

Java Solution Architect / Technical Lead with 12+ years of Java/J2EE development experience, including at least 5 years in a Solution Architect or Technical Lead capacity, to design and deliver large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Java 8/11/17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, high-performance backend systems for enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, database performance tuning, application security, OAuth2, and JWT.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development methodologies.
• Lead technical design, architecture decisions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor engineering teams, and drive best practices across development projects.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
• Ensure application solutions meet requirements for quality, reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Strong experience with testing and quality engineering tools, including JUnit, Mockito, and SonarQube.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical challenges and deliver enterprise solutions within agreed timelines.
