What we are looking forThe Tech Lead is responsible for guiding a group of engineers, making key technical decisions, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects successfully.
Must-Have- 715 years of experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a development team.
- Strong proficiency inNodeJS or Python.
- Hands-on experience with a solid understanding of system design principles, clean coding, and testing.
Nice-to-Have- Experience integrating AI/ML services or working with AI engineers.
- Experience with mobile/backend integration (Flutter, Unity, mini-games).
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Familiarity with Redis, message queues, or real-time applications.
- Experience working on products with large user bases.
Soft Skills- Clear and effective communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to support team members.
- Good English communication for working with international members.
What you are going to do1. Leadership & Coordination- Lead a team of 510 engineers and support them in solving technical challenges.
- Perform code reviews and ensure the team follows best engineering practices.
- Work closely with PM, BA, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver features on time.
2. Development & Architecture- Participate in system design and development of core backend modules.
- Build and optimize APIs, microservices, and databases.
- Ensure system stability, performance, and scalability.
3. Problem Solving- Investigate and resolve production issues.
- Analyze logs, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
4. Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing- Contribute ideas to improve technical solutions and workflows.
- Document technical knowledge and system design, and share with the team.
