Key Contributions
- Primarily responsible for the front-end research and development of products, including the design, implementation, and optimization of user interfaces
- Drive technical decisions, review code, and promote best practices in development and architecture
- Utilize relevant tools and platforms to address user experience challenges, integrate complex business logic, and deliver business solutions efficiently
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define technical requirements, and contribute to system architecture design and development
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and evaluate leading industry products to drive continuous improvement in user experience and overall product quality
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment
- Lead big projects from end-to-end and mentor/guide team members in
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Development or related fields
Must-have:
- At least 7 years of experience in Front-end development, proficient in Reactjs and React Native related stacks
- Well-informed on current trends and developments in the technology industry
- At least upper-intermediate English communication is a must
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Extensive front-end experience leading or independently delivering large-scale modules or systems, and strong architecture expertise
Nice-to-have:
- Experienced in NodeJS or other back-end development
- Hands-on experience in mini-programs
- Experience in international projects or contributions to open-source communities
