Talent Management and Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Arrange logistics and administration for Talent Management Programs (bookings, schedules, communication plans, attendance, meeting minutes, etc.).
• Develop skill and competency profiles for key positions under the People Development Program.
• Facilitate career development workshops for employees.
• Analyze talent against key position requirements; identify gaps or surpluses to support business needs.
• Communicate talent review results and feedback to employees.
• Manage the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System, ensuring data quality and compliance with audit requirements.
• Deliver key Talent programs and support capability development across the organization.
• Support HR Operations, staff, and management in learning, talent development, and performance appraisal processes.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies.
• Handle payments, control budgets, and manage contracts related to Talent Management & Development (TMD) activities.
• Consolidate and analyze data to prepare accurate, timely reports.
• Ensure TMD activities align with established processes andpolicies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications

• College/ Bachelor&aposs Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related.
• Learning & Development knowledge, Performance management concept, Event Conducting Techniques.
• Accuracy & Attention to details, Problem solving, Planning Skill, Time management, Continous improvement, Communication, Negotiation Skill, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, Result Orientation, Learning agility, Solution Orientation.
• Building Collaborative Relationship.
• Minimum 3-year work experience in similar position.
