Develop talent development strategies aligned with the companys business objectives Design, implement, and evaluate learning and development programs: training, coaching, mentoring, etc. Build and execute succession planning programs. Develop and implement employee engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives. Promote corporate culture and foster a continuous learning culture across the organization.
Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 5 years in Talent Development/People Development roles within large-scale corporations (2,000+ employees). Experience in logistics company is a plus.
