JOB PURPOSE
The Talent Acquisition team is seeking for a final-year student or fresh graduate who is passionate about connecting with talents and building an engaging employer branding to support hiring activities and help attract potential candidates.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactive Candidate Research: Assist Senior Executive/ Leader in researching / surfacing suitable candidates based on the hiring requirements through various channels such as LinkedIn, Vietnamworks, JobStreet, etc;
- Pre-Screening: Assist Senior Executive/ Leader in candidate screening, job fit validation, and other relevant assessment;
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and a seamless interview process;
- Applicant Tracking System: Support tracking and updating candidate information in the ATS;
- Report Generation: Assist in the creation of relevant reports and analytics;
- Administrative: Assist TA team in administrative duties that deemed necessary.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields, with a strong passion for recruitment;
- Ability to commit to 5 working days per week and 6-month internship period;
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Well-structured communication skills;
- Good command of English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion;
- Detail-oriented with a responsible and diligent attitude;
- Eagerness to learn and a proactive approach to tasks and challenges;
- Friendly and professional attitude.
