Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Sales Representative will be responsible for actively identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and developing customized logistics solutions. Key tasks include preparing sales proposals, managing client accounts, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Timely reporting of sales activities and market trends will also be part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering client-centric solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building long-term client relationships
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, including sea and air shipments
- Ability to analyze market trends and customize logistics solutions to meet diverse client demands
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Fluency in English and Vietnamese is required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales is a strong advantage
