Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in District 2. The Salesperson will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, building and strengthening customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include identifying market opportunities, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and delivering after-sales service. The role requires maintaining knowledge of the company's product portfolio and translating customer needs into tailored solutions.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with expertise in relationship building
  • Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing deals
  • Understanding of product marketing and market research strategies
  • Familiarity with moisture control products or experience in related industries is a plus
  • Analytical skills for identifying market trends and customer preferences
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
