Role Description
The job requires business travels.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. You will also be involved in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
- Source, identify, and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and perform thorough interviews to assess candidates&apos technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process and beyond.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments to provide insights and guidance to hiring managers.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges.
- Other tasks assigned by the Team Leader.
Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Recruiting skills in Tech industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment team
- Interviewing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the HR or recruitment field is a plus
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources or related field
