Role Summary
We are looking for a highly result-driven and organized professional to join our Human Resources as a
Global Talent Acquisition Specialist. This critical role will focus primarily on recruiting world-class talent for our global teams, while also contributing to initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and engagement across the company.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple functions including Product, Growth & Marketing, Business Development, and Business Operations across Vietnam, and other international markets.
- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and create effective sourcing strategies.
- Manage job postings across platforms (LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, TopCV, etc.), and maintain up-to-date information in our ATS.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, networks, and referral programs.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interviews with relevant stakeholders
- Facilitate a seamless and engaging candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment data to ensure continuous improvement and efficiency in hiring processes.
- Build and manage relationships with external agencies or recruitment partners as needed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our employer branding and hiring strategies.
2. Employee Engagement (20%)
- Support the design and execution of company-wide engagement programs (e.g., surveys, internal events, etc.).
- Coordinate and support initiatives around culture building, recognition, and internal communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Contribute to employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech or startup environment
- Experience or strong interest in employer branding (EB), employee engagement (EE), or internal communication (IC)
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles in global markets is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced recruitment pipelines with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) and HR data analysis.
- Passion for building strong teams and a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong project coordination skills.
