I. What You'll Do

  1. Talent Sourcing (50%)
  • Identify, assess, and engage top technical talent to support business growth
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidates technical background, communication skills, motivation, and overall fit.
  • Prepare candidate profiles and screening recommendations for internal review before submission to hiring managers.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Track sourcing performance and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  1. Recruitment Operations (30%)
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining job postings, and ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain ATS records, recruitment documentation, hiring reports, and recruitment metrics.
  • Support recruitment audits and continuously improve recruitment processes, policies, and documentation.
  1. Employer Branding (20%)
  • Support employer branding initiatives across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate career fairs, university partnerships, Tech Talks, workshops, and recruitment marketing campaigns.
  • Engage with talent communities and help grow LARION's technical talent network.

II. What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
  • At least 70% of your recruitment experience is in technical/engineering hiring.
  • Previous experience in an IT recruitment agency/headhunting firm is highly preferred.
  • Strong sourcing capability, especially passive sourcing via LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing channels.
  • Good understanding of software engineering roles and the IT talent market.
  • Proficiency in ATS tool with strong attention to data accuracy and system integrity.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable, and able to manage multiple hiring priorities.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini) to improve productivity, streamline recruitment operations, and enhance documentation quality.
  • Good English communication skills for daily work.

  • Location: QTSC1 Building, Quang Trung Software City, Trung My Tay Ward, (District 12), Ho Chi Minh City
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break).
