Job Description

A. About the Role

Apollo Group is seeking a strategic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to spearhead the human capital strategy for our Plant Project. This is not a standard recruitment role; you will act as a strategic partner to the Project Management Board, ensuring the Just-In-Time delivery of niche technical talent critical to our project milestones.

We are looking for a specialist who can translate the Master Workforce Plan into tactical hiring actions, optimize cost-per-hire, and mitigate risks associated with critical technical vacancies.

B. Key Responsibilites

1. Strategic Planning & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate closely with Functional Leads to decode complex technical requirements; clearly distinguish between must-haves and nice-to-haves for each headcount.
  • Translate the Master Workforce Plan into a tactical weekly/monthly hiring schedule, ensuring strict alignment with the Project Critical Path.
  • Operate weekly Hiring Reviews with the Project Directorate to update the funnel, address blockers, and expedite decision-making.

2. Sourcing & Headhunting (Niche Talent)

  • Execute aggressive headhunting campaigns across multi-channels to acquire senior/niche technical roles, minimizing passive reliance on external agencies.
  • Construct sophisticated Talent Maps for scarce job families: pinpoint target companies, generate source lists, and deploy tailored outreach strategies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with gating roles (positions that can delay the entire schedule if vacant).

3. Data Analysis & Process Optimization

  • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and bottlenecks, proposing data-driven interventions to the Project Directorate.
  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and strengthening Employer Branding.

C. Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition, with a proven track record as a Technical Recruiter in the Construction, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Project Mindset: High adaptability to fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with a strong understanding of project milestones.
  • Skills: Exceptional headhunting skills, structured interviewing techniques, and the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Language: Proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment with strong English proficiency.
