As we continue to expand nationwide, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
- Create and post job advertisements across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the candidate selection process.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain talent pools for Retail, Back Office, and Mass Hiring positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Establish relationships with universities, colleges, and professional networks to support future hiring needs.
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives across Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Create and coordinate recruitment marketing content to enhance employer brand awareness.
- Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment activities, and recruitment events.
Recruitment Analytics & Process Improvement
- Track recruitment metrics including sourcing effectiveness, hiring conversion rates, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency, candidate quality, and hiring processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Experience in retail, sales, FMCG, healthcare, or mass hiring recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
