YOUR NEW ROLE

This role is for CODE LEAP's client company.

CODE LEAP's client company is a leading German e-commerce software company , offering an all-in-one ERP ecosystem for multichannel retailers.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will act as a trusted recruitment partner for hiring managers and key stakeholders from the client sides, translating business needs into effective hiring strategies and driving end to end recruitment processes for international tech projects.

You will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top technical talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and supporting the growth of fast paced international engineering teams.

Beyond recruitment delivery, this role also provides opportunities to gradually expand into broader people and organizational initiatives, including workforce planning, performance management support, culture building, and strategic staffing discussions as part of our long term HR growth journey.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

  • Manage end to end recruitment processes for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offer preparation
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and the HR team to define hiring strategies and recruitment priorities
  • Proactively source talent through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ITviec, and other relevant channels
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both active and future hiring demands
  • Manage and optimize candidate data in the ATS, ensuring accurate and timely updates
  • Coordinate and facilitate structured interview processes while ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with leadership and the HR team on broader people related initiatives, including workforce planning, team development, and organizational growth
  • Support HR and staffing discussions by providing recruitment insights, market perspectives, and talent recommendations
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing approaches, and candidate experience
  • Contribute to employer branding and HR initiatives as needed, with a primary focus on strengthening recruitment delivery
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws throughout the recruitment process

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

  • 4+ years of experience in end to end recruitment within the tech or IT industry including at least 2 years of in house recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for senior and hard to fill roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, QA Engineers, and Tech Leads
  • Strong experience with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, IT job boards, and professional networks
  • Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide insights based on hiring data and market trends
  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Interest in growing toward broader HR, people partnership, and organizational development responsibilities over time
  • Experience working in outsourcing, consulting, or international environments is a plus
