Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's future by building high-performing teams, attracting exceptional talent, and supporting the successful expansion of educational operations in a fast-growing, purpose-driven environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Workforce Planning & Expansion Hiring

  • Partner with senior leadership to translate expansion plans into hiring roadmaps
  • Lead mass hiring initiatives
  • Prioritize critical roles (academic leadership, teachers, key operational staff)

High-Volume Recruitment Delivery

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on speed and quality
  • Build and maintain ready talent pools for recurring roles
  • Ensure timely onboarding to meet project and school opening timelines

Strategic Sourcing & Market Mapping

  • Develop diverse sourcing strategies (local & international talent markets)
  • Conduct market mapping for key and niche roles
  • Leverage agencies, referrals, and global networks for expatriate hiring

Employer Branding for Growth

  • Position the organization as an employer of choice during expansion
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Communications on branding campaigns
  • Enhance candidate engagement through a strong EVP (Employee Value Proposition)

Process Design & Scalability

  • Design and implement scalable recruitment processes and frameworks
  • Develop and optimize ATS and recruitment tools for efficiency and reporting
  • Standardize interview frameworks and assessment methods

Stakeholder & Project Management

  • Act as a strategic partner to Head of School, Project Leads, and Functional Heads
  • Provide hiring insights, market intelligence, and risk mitigation plans
  • Manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously with clear timelines

Team Leadership & Capability Building

  • Build and lead a Talent Acquisition team to support expansion
  • Set clear KPIs and ensure delivery against aggressive hiring targets
  • Coach hiring managers on effective recruitment practices

REQUIREMENTS

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 7–10 years of recruiting experience with a min 3 years of in-house TA experience, including high-volume hiring
  • Proven experience supporting organizational growth or expansion phases
  • Develop marketing campaigns and direct sourcing strategies to engage, attract and nurture candidates
  • Experience in education or service-driven organizations is highly preferred
