Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead large-scale hiring of direct labor (DL) workforce for manufacturing operations. This role focuses on building efficient, high-volume recruitment pipelines for blue-collar roles, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs while maintaining productivity, retention, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end mass hiring for direct labor roles (operators, assemblers, packers, warehouse workers, technicians).
  • Develop and execute high-volume recruitment strategies to meet daily/weekly/monthly manpower targets.
  • Build strong pipelines through local sourcing channels.
  • Manage and optimize on-site hiring activities.
  • Oversee and coach a team of recruiters focused on blue-collar hiring.
  • Partner closely with production, operations, and plant HR to forecast workforce demand and hiring plans.
  • Manage relationships with labor agencies, subcontractors, and local authorities.
  • Ensure fast and smooth screening, documentation, and onboarding processes.
  • Track and report key hiring metrics (daily fill rate, show-up rate, cost per hire, early attrition).
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, contracts, and factory regulations.
  • Support employer branding at the local level to attract blue-collar talent.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (HR, Business, or related field preferred).
  • 10+ years of recruitment experience, with strong exposure to blue-collar / direct labor hiring.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume hiring (500–1000+ workers/month).
  • Experience in manufacturing environments (factory, industrial zones, production plants).
  • Strong understanding of local labor market dynamics.
  • Experience working with labor vendors / outsourcing agencies.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Familiar with ATS or bulk hiring tracking tools
