YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP
As a Talent Acquisition Intern at CODE LEAP, youll contribute to both our talent acquisition efforts and day-to-day office experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment coordination, HR operations, allowing you to build practical skills while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced international team.
YOUR EXCITING TASKS
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job requisitions, sourcing, scheduling interviews, co-interviewing, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Aid in the onboarding process as needed.
- Keep records of applicants data, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment data to improve recruitment processes.
- Help prepare recruitment reports, market research, and other necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and suggest improvements for the recruitment process.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and workplace culture.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (CEFR B2+ or IELTS 6.5+).
- Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.
Nice To Have
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support.
- Familiarity with ATS tools or HR systems is a plus.
- Experience helping with event planning or internal communications is a bonus.
