Job Description

YOUR NEW ROLE CODE LEAP

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at CODE LEAP, youll contribute to both our talent acquisition efforts and day-to-day office experience. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment coordination, HR operations, allowing you to build practical skills while supporting a collaborative and fast-paced international team.

YOUR EXCITING TASKS

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job requisitions, sourcing, scheduling interviews, co-interviewing, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Aid in the onboarding process as needed.
  • Keep records of applicants data, ensuring up-to-date information is maintained.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing recruitment data to improve recruitment processes.
  • Help prepare recruitment reports, market research, and other necessary documentation.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and suggest improvements for the recruitment process.
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR PERSONALITY

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and workplace culture.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable using basic office tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English (CEFR B2+ or IELTS 6.5+).
  • Able to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks.

Nice To Have

  • Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or admin support.
  • Familiarity with ATS tools or HR systems is a plus.
  • Experience helping with event planning or internal communications is a bonus.
