The Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead who wants to help shape the future of our global musician
community. This is a senior role with real ownership and impact. You will build systems, strengthen screening processes, and help ensure that only the right performers represent el-live on international stages. You will work closely with leadership while operating with independence and structured thinking. If you enjoy building organized systems, improving processes, and working with talented creatives from around the world, this role may be for you.
Your Mission
In your first 90 days, you will bring greater structure and clarity to our musician pipeline, improving screening quality and reducing unnecessary interview time for leadership. Over the next 12 months, your work will contribute to a stronger pre-qualified pool of A-level musicians across key instruments including female singer, male singer, keyboardist, guitarist, drummer, and bass player. You will help increase the ratio of high-quality applicants and reduce overall hiring time through better systems and filtering. Your mission is to turn brand strength into a predictable and well-managed talent engine.
What You Will Own
You will proactively source Western musicians through outreach, targeted ads, social media communities, referrals, and direct engagement. You will conduct first-stage structured interviews and apply clear qualification filters before escalating musical decisions to Band Managers. You will ensure only well-qualified candidates reach final-stage review. You will build and maintain a structured pipeline including A-level definition, waiting list organization, CRM management, instrument segmentation, renewal tracking, and automation workflows thatimprove efficiency. You will also contribute to strengthening our global musician community and clearly communicate the lifestyle and opportunity that el-live offers.
Who You Are
You have at least five years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or agency scouting. You are organized, decisive, and comfortable working independently while remaining aligned with leadership. You are confident in communicating with strong personalities and able to reject candidates respectfully and professionally. You are fluent in English and comfortable using AI, automation tools, and modern recruitment systems to build scalable processes. Music industry knowledge is helpful, but structured thinking and sound judgment are most important.
What This Role Is Not
This is not an assistant role. It is not a passive sourcing position. It is not dependent on constant supervision. It is not about filling seats quickly without protecting standards.
Compensation
Salary base: 25,000,000 VND ( NET )
