* RESPONSIBILITY
Responsibility 1: Recruitment (Head Office, Store Support & New Store Openings) - 40%
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Head Office positions, from collaborating with departments to capture hiring needs, to sourcing, screening, evaluating candidates, and finalizing the hiring process.
- Support sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for Store positions.
- Directly participate in mass recruitment activities and recruitment events for New Store Openings.
- Track and continuously update the recruitment status for both the store system and the head office.
Responsibility 2: Employer Branding - 40%
- Manage, maintain, and develop content across social media recruitment channels and online job platforms.
- Propose plans and directly participate in job fairs at universities.
- Participate in employer branding surveys and other internal/external activities to enhance the employer image.
Responsibility 3: Planning & Other Professional Duties - 20%
- Coordinate with divisions to allocate manpower downward according to the approved headcount.
- Work directly with recruitment job portals and headhunt agencies regarding quotations, negotiations, and service contract management.
- Manage, maintain, and systematically update the recruitment database.
* QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 4 years of combined experience in full-cycle recruitment and Employer Branding.
- Solid background in recruiting for multiple positions; experience in the retail industry, supermarket chains, or companies with a large workforce (500+ employees) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and modern employer branding strategies.
- Proven ability to manage social media recruitment platforms, create engaging content, and utilize design tools to produce modern, minimalist, and high-impact recruitment materials.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and executing university job fairs, internship programs, and related candidate networking events.
- Ability to work under high pressure, travel for business (e.g., for new store openings), and work flexible hours when required.
