Position Information
- Level: Middle
- Reports to: Team Lead
- Employment type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment plans for different departments, with a strong focus on Cloud, AI, and Data-related positions.
- Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, headhunters, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: CV screening, interviews, competency assessments, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, especially for technical and niche roles in Cloud/AI/Data.
- Drive employer branding initiatives through communications and events.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
- Research labor market trends, particularly in Cloud and AI talent landscape, and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 23 years of recruitment experience, with proven track record in hiring for IT/Tech roles (Cloud, AI, Data preferred).
- Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Knowledge of recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Good English communication skills are a plus.
