  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning: Develop annual and quarterly recruitment strategies and plans; forecast hiring demands; standardize recruitment processes and competency frameworks.
  • Recruitment Management & Execution: Assign, guide, and supervise the recruitment team; ensure candidate pipeline quality and speed; directly handle key positions (Manager, Tech Lead, Senior, etc.).
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate with Marketing to implement employer branding activities; organize talent attraction campaigns and events such as Tech Talks, Job Fairs, or Workshops.
  • Recruitment Systems & Data Management: Manage and update ATS and recruitment databases; prepare periodic reports; propose tools and process improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build career paths for recruitment team members; provide training and performance evaluation; foster capability growth and team engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 2+ years in a managerial role. Prior experience in tech companies or startups is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and data analysis skills; strategic thinking; proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn, TopCV, HRM tools, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills; ability to work under pressure; motivational leadership; proactive and responsible attitude.
  • Result-oriented mindset, high commitment, growth-oriented, proactive, and capable of inspiring and guiding the team.
