Role Overview:
The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive recruitment efforts for technical roles, particularly in IT, for a fast-paced Game outsourcing company. In addition, this role will contribute to employee engagement strategies. This individual will have the opportunity to build and lead a Talent Acquisition (TA) team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (50%):
- Manage 15-25 open requisitions at any given time, focusing on high-quality candidates and efficient hiring timelines (average 30-45 days).
- Utilize tools such as ATS, and job boards to source candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job specifications, role requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews, working closely with technical leads to assess candidates capabilities.
- Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
Employee Engagement (20%):
- Support the creation and execution of employee engagement programs to foster a positive, productive workplace.
- Collect and analyze employee feedback (e.g., surveys, 1:1s) to improve company culture.
- Assist with onboarding and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.Team Development (30%):
- Lead full-cycle IT recruitment across various technical roles (Artist, Dev, High-level, etc.).
- Build and manage a small Talent Acquisition team (1-2 direct reports).
- Mentor and coach team members to improve their recruitment skills and processes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Recruiting Expertise: 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically in Fintech, Gaming, or related sectors.
- Interviewing: Proficient in conducting technical interviews and screening candidates for both overall technical skills and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to collaborate with hiring managers to set recruitment priorities.
- Employee Engagement: Knowledge of basic employee engagement strategies, employee retention, and onboarding best practices.
- Recruitment Tools: knowledge of LinkedIn, ATS platforms, and job boards.
- Sourcing Ability: Proven track record of sourcing top-tier technical talent, both passive and active candidates.
Desirable Skills:
- Leadership: experience in leading or mentoring a team, ideally in a IT recruitment function.
- Experience working with Game Development teams.
Key Metrics & Goals:
- Hiring Volume: Successfully fill 10+ IT positions per quarter.
- Time to Hire: Maintain an average time-to-hire of 30-45 days.
- Stakeholder Satisfaction: Achieve a CV Pass rate of 85%+.
- Team Development: Build and lead a TA team with a focus on growth and development.
