Key Responsibilities

•    Work closely with the TA Team Lead to meet sprint goals on time and coordinate effectively between the TA Vietnam team and the TA Global team.

•    Partner with the Project Sales team and TA Lead to ensure smooth execution of the recruitment cycle, and act as a mentor to coach junior TA team members.

•    Consult clients across all assigned projects, providing professional TA guidance on talent requirements and hiring strategy.

•    Proactively source through multiple effective channels to identify, build talent pipelines, and engage suitable candidates for both short-term and long-term hiring needs across various projects.

•    Drive practical solutions to consistently achieve hiring targets and performance goals on schedule.

•    Report directly to the TA Lead.

Qualifications & Skills

•    5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably gained at a recruitment agency or IT consulting firm.

•    Strong sourcing skills and logical talent-mapping ability.

•    Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

•    Ability to coach, motivate, and inspire team members.

•    Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
