Systems Architect-M365

Insight Direct India is seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Architect - M365 (Exchange + On-prem) to join our team. In this role, you'll be crucial in maintaining, operating, and troubleshooting our clients Microsoft Exchange server infrastructure. You'll also take the lead in designing, administering, and establishing system standards for messaging and communication solutions, ensuring seamless and secure operations.

About the Role

As a Systems Architect, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance & Operations: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, general operations, and troubleshooting of client Microsoft Exchange server infrastructure.
• System Design & Standards: Design, administer, and establish system standards for messaging and communication team solutions. This includes, but isn't limited to:
• Microsoft Exchange Online/On-prem
• Email security
• Break/Fix & Updates: Perform break/fix troubleshooting, server/software updates, and feature enhancements for MS Exchange and Exchange servers.
• General IT Infrastructure: Support general IT Windows infrastructure as part of your role.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: At least 8-12+ years of experience in Exchange Systems Administration/Engineering, NOC operations, remote troubleshooting, customer management, and other related IT services.
• Exchange Expertise:
• Strong understanding of O365 Mail flow and the interaction between On-prem and Exchange Online.
• Must have experience with Exchange 2013 to 2019, as well as Exchange Online (M365).
• Directory Services: Strong understanding and experience with ADFS, AADC, and Active Directory.
