What you'll do:

As Supply Chain SAP Transformation Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping how supply chain operations are designed, implemented, governed, and continuously improved across your region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating with global process owners to ensure adherence to best practices while tailoring solutions for local requirements. You will lead critical transformation projects from inception through deployment-facilitating workshops, conducting fit/gap analyses, developing training materials alongside specialist leads, supporting go-live activities both virtually and on-site when required. Your ability to connect people across functions will be essential as you guide teams through complex changes in technology and ways of working.   • Own the end-to-end supply chain process for core areas such as Plan to Manufacture (PTM), Make to Stock (MTS), Source to Settle (STS), and Transportation Management (TM) within the assigned region, ensuring consistent application of global templates and standards.
  • Govern regional change requests, process deviations, and improvement initiatives by collaborating closely with global leaders to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
  • Lead the deployment of global process transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA implementation at the regional level, acting as a strategic partner in change management planning.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align process design, data integrity, and system readiness for successful transformation outcomes.
  • Serve as the critical liaison between enterprise stakeholders and the SAP S/4HANA project team, facilitating effective communication and alignment throughout all phases of the programme.
  • Facilitate Fit/Gap analyses against global templates to protect core system integrity while identifying localisation requirements that support both global consistency and local needs.
  • Define, track, and improve key performance indicators related to process efficiency, quality, compliance, and overall business impact through regular assessments and gap analyses.
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation including process maps and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across all levels of the organisation.
  • Support organisational change management activities in partnership with dedicated OCM leads, contributing to training plan development and execution of training content for successful go-live events.
  • Coach, train, and influence groups of associates at both local and regional levels-including business leaders-while managing team leaders across supply chain processes.

  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration by bringing together different teams towards shared objectives in a supportive manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling clear articulation of technical concepts to non-technical audiences as well as influencing senior leadership decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) along with strong PC skills; familiarity with MES systems or Power BI is advantageous.
  • Expert-level knowledge of SAP systems is essential; additional experience with other ERP modules or digital tools is considered beneficial.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin would be an asset given the international scope of responsibilities.
