What you'll do:

As Supply Chain SAP Transformation Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping how supply chain operations are designed, implemented, governed, and continuously improved across your region. Your day-to-day responsibilities will see you collaborating with global process owners to ensure adherence to best practices while tailoring solutions for local requirements. • Govern regional change requests, process deviations, and improvement initiatives by collaborating closely with global leaders to escalate and resolve issues as needed.
• Lead the deployment of global process transformation initiatives and SAP S/4HANA implementation at the regional level, acting as a strategic partner in change management planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align process design, data integrity, and system readiness for successful transformation outcomes.
• Serve as the critical liaison between enterprise stakeholders and the SAP S/4HANA project team, facilitating effective communication and alignment throughout all phases of the programme.
• Facilitate Fit/Gap analyses against global templates to protect core system integrity while identifying localisation requirements that support both global consistency and local needs.
• Define, track, and improve key performance indicators related to process efficiency, quality, compliance, and overall business impact through regular assessments and gap analyses.
• Maintain comprehensive process documentation including process maps and standard operating procedures to ensure clarity and consistency across all levels of the organisation.
• Support organisational change management activities in partnership with dedicated OCM leads, contributing to training plan development and execution of training content for successful go-live events.
• Coach, train, and influence groups of associates at both local and regional levels-including business leaders-while managing team leaders across supply chain processes.
