With a focus on collaboration, continuous improvement, and stakeholder engagement, this role offers you the platform to influence change, support organisational growth, and make a lasting impact on how business is conducted. Flexible working opportunities, exposure to international projects, and the chance to work with knowledgeable teams await you in this highly visible position.

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of order to cash processes across a diverse region, ensuring alignment with global standards while accommodating essential local requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to drive process excellence, championing continuous improvement initiatives and supporting the successful deployment of S/4HANA.
  • Enjoy flexible working opportunities, generous training support, and the chance to develop your career within an inclusive environment that values knowledge sharing and supportive leadership.

What you'll do:

As Senior Manager Order to Cash Transformation based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be instrumental in shaping the future state of business operations by leading transformative initiatives that streamline order to cash processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close collaboration with functional leaders across regions as you guide them through new ways of working enabled by S/4HANA. You will oversee governance activities related to process changes while ensuring all documentation remains up-to-date. By facilitating workshops, conducting fit/gap analyses, supporting training efforts, and participating in go-live activities both virtually and on-site when required, you will help ensure seamless adoption of new systems. Your ability to foster strong relationships with stakeholders at every level will be crucial as you drive continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and compliance. Success in this role will require a blend of technical expertise, collaborative spirit, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering meaningful change.

  • Own the end-to-end order to cash process for the assigned region, ensuring consistent application of global templates, process standards, and policies.
  • Govern regional change requests, process deviations, and improvement initiatives by escalating necessary adjustments for approval while maintaining compliance with global frameworks.
  • Lead the regional deployment of global process transformation initiatives including S/4HANA implementation by partnering with cross-functional teams to align process, data, and system readiness.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner in change management planning and adoption activities, serving as a critical liaison between enterprise stakeholders and project teams.
  • Facilitate fit/gap analysis against global templates to protect core system integrity while identifying localisation requirements that balance simplicity with regional needs.
  • Define, track, and improve key performance indicators related to process efficiency, quality, and compliance through regular assessments and gap analyses.
  • Maintain comprehensive process documentation including process maps and standard operating procedures in collaboration with both regional teams and global process owners.
  • Participate in or facilitate critical project activities such as research, analysis, workshops, training plan development, content delivery, go-live support, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Support organisational change management efforts by collaborating with dedicated leads to ensure smooth transitions during each phase of the transformation journey.
  • Coach and influence groups of associates at both local and regional levels by providing guidance on best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

What you bring:

To excel as Senior Manager Order to Cash Transformation you will bring extensive experience from supply chain environments where you have successfully managed complex business processes. Your background should include significant exposure to ERP deployments-ideally SAP S/4HANA-and a deep understanding of how digital platforms can transform traditional workflows. You are adept at navigating matrixed organisations where collaboration is key; your interpersonal skills enable you to build trust quickly among stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds. A natural facilitator who thrives on supporting others growth through coaching rather than direct supervision, you are comfortable leading workshops or training sessions that empower colleagues at all levels. Your analytical mindset ensures that performance metrics are always top-of-mind as you seek out opportunities for further optimisation. Above all else, your commitment to continuous learning means you stay abreast of emerging technologies that could benefit your team's objectives.

  • A minimum of 10 years experience within supply chain functions with proven expertise in business process management focused on order to cash transformation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business (or equivalent experience) demonstrating strong foundational knowledge relevant to this field.
  • Demonstrated passion for driving process excellence through continuous improvement methodologies within complex organisations.
  • Project management experience coupled with hands-on involvement in training delivery or content development for large-scale transformations is preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems (especially SAP S/4HANA), with additional knowledge of MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and Power BI considered advantageous.
  • Proficiency in PC skills including Windows OS and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for effective data analysis and reporting.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills enabling clear articulation of business concepts across diverse audiences.
  • Experience executing change management strategies while fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams at various organisational levels.
  • Ability to coach others effectively without direct line management responsibility by influencing groups towards shared objectives during project rollouts.
  • Second language proficiency in Spanish or Mandarin is desirable but not mandatory.
