About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead growth initiatives and customer engagement in Vietnam. This role blends technical acumen with strategic sales skills, perfect for someone who thrives in a high-tech, fast-paced environment and loves owning the entire customer journey from discovery to solution design to closing deals.

You'll be the go-to person for identifying new opportunities, demonstrating product value, and helping clients achieve real business outcomes with AI Rudder's solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and win B2B customers, with a focus on call centers, financial services, telcos, and fast-growing tech companies.
  • Lead technical conversations, product demos, and consultative solution selling to address customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and deliver tailored voice automation solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals that create long-term value for both the customer and AI Rudder.
  • Maintain strong relationships through regular meetings, follow-ups, and account support.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies and represent AI Rudder at customer meetings, virtual events, or industry forums.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
  • Solid experience in technical or consultative selling, especially in the TMT (Tech, Media, Telco) or customer experience space.
  • Comfortable with both business and technical discussions; able to explain complex solutions in simple terms.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Analytical and organized, able to handle multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Energetic, self-driven, and results-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a bonus.
