About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Specialist with strong expertise in OMP and S&OP processes to join our team onsite in Beijing. This role will be responsible for configuring planning modules, supporting monthly planning cycles, and ensuring data accuracy and integration across systems.
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English
Location: Open to candidates based anywhere in Vietnam
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and support OMP modules including Forecasting (FCT), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and OPAL.
- Lead and support monthly S&OP processes, including data preparation, scenario modeling, and executive reporting.
- Participate in end-to-end planning cycles, including demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration between ERP systems and OMP.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on scenario planning and demand-supply balancing.
Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience configuring and supporting OMP modules (FCT, S&OP, OPAL)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and reporting
- Hands-on involvement in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory optimization
- Proven ability to support monthly S&OP processes, including scenario modeling and reporting
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Willing and able to work onsite in Beijing (relocation required)
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data integration tools such as ODI or FDMEE
- 45 years of hands-on experience with OMP and SQL in a supply chain planning environment
- Strong understanding of S&OP processes, including demand-supply balancing and scenario planning
