Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsibilities

Single contact for plants concerning quality of purchased parts, Fast and efficient problem solving in complaint-management and guiding taskforce at supplier and escalation management after release:

1.Responsible for Claim Management of incoming inspection and production line.

2.Analysis Supplier quality problem and driving supplier quality improvement.

3.Supplier quality report management.

Measuring comparison and counter measurement within the scope of initial sampling:

1.Initial Sample inspection and measurement plan.

2. Initial sample inspection reports management.

Be responsibleof unloading of the incoming material and urgent production:

1.Coordinate the unload of the steel material from the truck

2.Coordinate the urgent productionwith the OEM factory.

3.Coordinate and report to project manager for the status of the production and fulfill the urgent orders.

Other works the manager arranged.

Qualification required

1.Mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or above.

2.Minimum 3 years working experience in supplier quality management

3.Thorough understanding of quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001.2015,IATF 16949:2016, etc.)

4.Able to read the technical drawing.

5.Good command of English both in writing and speaking.

6.Good communication skill and team spirit, and strong team driver for process and system improvement.
