Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with EHL standards.
- Lead, coach, and inspire the recruitment and admissions team.
- Design targeted marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Establish partnerships with high schools, universities, and hospitality industry stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize performance.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Education.
- 57 years of recruitment or marketing experience in hospitality or education.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver results.
- Proficiency in English; other languages are advantageous.
